Return and Refund Policy

A Note from our Founders:

We understand that not everything works out in the end, so we stand by our product and would like to offer you the opportunity to make returns if needed. With that said, we do have a request for you to follow in the return process: As we give you the opportunity to make returns, we also would like to ask you to use the power of the internet to be as certain as possible about your order before purchasing. We do our best to describe our products in the most accurate way, as well as provide photos that best represent the product. Each time we ship an order, materials, fuels, etc. are used in the process. The more we can limit the distance a product is traveling, the smaller the footprint we leave behind. On top of this, we are not Amazon. We are what you would call your "mom and pop shop" with low profit margins for the sake of a much cleaner footprint on the planet and our fellow humans. Fact is, returns cost money. With that said, we are stoked you gave our product a try, and that's all we can ask for. If you have any questions on the return policy below, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask! We are more than happy to help you understand and make your smooth return.  

Return Policy

    Returns are able to be made, For Any Reason, on all of our products as long as: 
  • Returned Product is not worn or used
  • Returned Product is not Damaged or Altered in any way 
  • Product is in it's original condition 
  • Product is returned within ALL the guidelines listed in this Policy. 

The return process must be started within 14 Days of the Posted Shipping Date. To start the return process, please email your order number and what you would like to return/your reason for returning, to: EquipTravelContact@gmail.com

Once we receive your email, we will send you an address to ship your return to, at your expense.

Please note, within 3 business days of us emailing you our Return Address, all returns must be shipped, with a tracking number emailed to us. 

Returns that are not shipped within 3 business days, or shipped without a tracking number sent to us via email, are subject to Return To Sender Without A Refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged product in the return shipping process. Please note, returned products that do not follow ALL of the listed guidelines will be subject to Return To Sender without Refund. Returns made following ALL Guidelines will be refunded within 5 business days of the return being received.
